Physical therapy is a branch of rehabilitative medicine aimed at helping patients maintain recover or improve their physical abilities. On the very first day an evaluation will be performed . Evaluation is performed as per the medical diagnosis provided. by the physician on the prescription. Test and measures are then performed including range of motion ,strength, balance, coordination, posture, flexibility of muscles joint mobility ,muscle performance and motor function. The therapist will then develop a plan of care describing the various treatment interventions and the targeted outcomes.
